Shift: Full-time Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Job Overview:

Winston is looking for an individual who has a minimum of 1 year, of experience soldering electronic components. You would like Win2uit if you enjoy a quiet, laid-back environment, where you can dress casually, and listen to your music/podcast while you solder. This position is light-duty, and you can sit or stand at your worktable. Our manufacturing buildings have AC and heating. We offer a flexible work schedule and a frequent four-day work week (some overtime on Fridays may occasionally be required). The starting rate for this position is $17.25.

Work Environment

• Very casual clothes permitted (shorts, t-shirt, and sneakers are no problem).
• You can listen to music on your headphones at work (as long as it can be done safely).
• We are one of the few manufacturing plants in Louisville with AC and heating.
• Can you believe that so many places won’t allow you to have your cell phone with you at work? Not us. While we don’t want you watching Netflix at work, we understand the importance of having your phone available.
